Prepare to hate my guts, friends.
This is for two main reasons. One, my spring break update is still in the works and won't be posted for a few more days. I have also neglected to pull the pictures off of my camera from said trip. So that's one reason to hate my guts.
Reason number 2 regarding why you should prepare to hate me is much, much cooler.
I've got tickets to a DOCTOR WHO EXHIBITION for Monday!!!!!!!!! Considering that it is the largest exhibition of Doctor Who props, costumes, etc. ever to be held in the UK, that's pretty freaking awesome. I may also get to try on a Dalek and (perhaps?) stand next to the real life Tardis. *squees gleefully*
If, after you stop hating me, you'd like to read more about the exhibition, follow the link here: http://www.doctorwhoexhibitions.com/earls.html

Take lots of pictures. And a banana.
(Just finished watching the Torchwood finale. ARRRGH!)

I'll post lots about the DW exhibit on Monday. Though if the Tube strike carries out as planned, it might be less of a 'squee' and more of a 'yay, I still made it to Earl's Court!' kind of post.
And the Torchwood finale -- holy cow! I'm feeling the angst. Want to discuss? I'm still stewing over everything.

For the moment, I'll just grouse about why we have to lose Owen just when I'd decided I was beginning to like him. or at least understand some of his motivations. And Tosh. Sigh. But I'm dying to read some post-finale fic that explores Jack's 2000 years of death. He seemed remarkably stable for a man who was suffocated repeatedly by his insane brother for a few millenia ... after spending a year being tortured and killed by the Master. (I think it's all a ploy to explain the fact that dear old John Barrowman is AGING a little, despite being immortal. Heh.)
Either way, hurt/comfort fans rejoice. Yikes.
