Just cruising through briefly before crashing tonight. Agreed almost completely. (Except for the Face of Boe - which I loathed. I'm glad RTD's being wibbly. Even though it's a good "gasp!" moment, it'll hurt Jack's story to know that he can't be killed. At all. Ever. Not even a little bit. And I'm grumpy that the Doctor seems to forget that Jack's mere existence is hugely disturbing to a Time Lord. We go from that chilling "Do you want to die, Jack?" moment in Utopia, to happy-go-lucky by the end. Huh?)
My other rant is that the Master "ages" the Doctor 100 years or whatever -- and he looks like he's about to keel over permanently. Um, Time Lord? 10,000 years per regeneration, if they take care of themselves? 100 years shouldn't make Ten turn into saggybaggy Old Dude(tm). It shouldn't even give him any grey hair!
Yes, yes, and yes to all Christmas Special comments. RTD just phoned that one in while on vacation somewhere distracting.
Martha's supposed to be back with Ten mid-season 4. Let's hope she's gotten over her genuinely unbelievable crush and can be the strong, intelligent woman she is. Maybe she'll have finished that M.D. and can really give him a run for his title. ;)
