You and I share philosophies on cooking! :P I had more fun winging it than I did angsting over the particulars of a recipe - and still made something that was both edible and delicious.

And I'm so unbelievably excited about the travel plans. It's probably what I've been most excited about (or at least what I thought about most, before coming.) My gut feeling is that Scotland's going to be incredible. Paris will be fantastic, too. (But if I really have it my way, I'll also get to go to Austria and tour Salzburg sometime in March or April....!)
